About this opportunity

This vital role at Loft Interiors ensures the effective daily co-ordination and scheduling of all installation staff, to maintain maximum customer satisfaction and delivery of performance.

A normal day would include:
• Acting as the interface between sales and operations, to ensure customer requirements are communicated and factored into the scheduling and delivery process
• Handling all post-sale communication with agents, landlords, tenants, and management companies via phone and email
• Managing orders and update the system as necessary, from scheduling in transport through to submission for invoicing
• Booking in all deliveries with the customer
• Maintaining a record of contact and the agreed delivery slot
• Providing dedicated support for installation teams on the road, problem solving and helping to resolve issues remotely
• Providing live, daily communication updates to the installation and warehouse teams
• Ensuring accurate and reliable data is fed live back into the system
• Processing all returned job sheets and cross reference them
• Analysing and inputting performance data
• Tracking daily delivery activity
• Completing general office administration duties as required
• Managing all correspondence and appeals regarding penalty notices and fines

What you should have to apply

GCSE A-C/4-9 in maths and English or equivalent
