This level 4 apprenticeship is a unique scheme, delivered by the largest digital and technology trade association in the North West: Manchester Digital, in conjunction with The Growth Company.
As an apprentice, you will be employed by one of Manchester Digital’s partner companies and mentored by an experienced developer who works in the industry. You will quickly develop core coding skills, work on real projects and earn a real wage.

You can progress onto a permanent software developer role within the company with a salary range of up to 35k.
How you will be supported:
Training is provided through monthly boot camps, hacks and industry events. All training is designed by senior industry experts and delivered in a dynamic and collaborative learning environment. The fast-paced, intensive programme delivery means you could be a fully qualified junior developer in as little as 18 months. You will be supported by your development coach and assessed throughout the programme on your technical competencies, knowledge, skills, attitude and behaviours, as well as working to create a portfolio of evidence and taking a professional qualification assessment.
