A normal day would include:
• Supporting the office staff and management with day to day tasks and running of the business
• Answering customer enquires – via email, live chat, telephone
• Ensuring all paperwork, databases and systems are kept up to date and maintained
• Ensure efficient running of the ecommerce stores and outlets and adding products to ecommerce stores and maintaining these
• Meeting and greeting guests and visitors
• Producing business documents and ensuring these are maintained across the business
• Flexing across the business to support all teams within the company

SPL Fire Safety have an amazing opportunity for someone wishing to become a fire safety professional. Initially, the work will entail administrative duties to understand the company CRM system to input data relating to potential and existing clients.
You will support sales, marketing, purchasing, production, and the accounts functions and learn how all these functions combine to support how the business operates.
Accounts Direct need to find the correct candidate to join their fast-moving accountancy practice. The role will be offering support to accountant and account managers with a variety of admin duties.
