About this opportunity

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join a small and friendly company specialising in web design. The role involves preparing paperwork and client correspondence, credit control, working with spreadsheets and preparing timesheets.

A normal day would include:
• Updating timesheets using Excel
• Providing admin support to the sales team by keeping accurate sales logs for management
• Preparing and sending emails to current clients; responding to enquiries
• Handling incoming and outbound calls to and from existing clients of the business
• Updating social media posts as part of the organisation’s digital marketing agenda, boosting the company profile and responding to social media enquiries
• Preparing and sending out reports for management, detailing information on the weeks’ client contact (new and existing)
• Organising the postage welcome packs for new customers

What you could go on to do:
Upon successful completion of the traineeship, you will be enrolled on to a level 2 business administration apprenticeship with a competitive salary.

How you will be supported:
Throughout your traineeship, you will be supported by the delivery manager and team leaders of the company, and they would provide ongoing support to ensure you are successful in your role.
