A normal day would include:
• Completing administrative tasks
• Providing exceptional service to all customers and assisting with sales queries
• Assisting clients with purchasing their jacket from helping to select a size, to taking payment
• Interacting with clients via email, telephone, online chat system and sometimes face to face
