Laboklin receive samples from practices throughout the U.K. We have a vacancy for a full time Apprentice Administrative Assistant in our laboratory office.
Your daily duties will include:
• Data inputting
• Researching
• Filing
• Photocopying and preparing bundles of documents
• Attending meetings and taking notes
• Taking and making calls
• Proof reading documents
• Assisting other staff with work
• Producing letters to clients or other third parties
• Opening and checking post daily
• Attending shows and events such as Crufts
• Assisting in preparing outgoing post for the day
• Undertaking development courses arranged by firm
• Preparing and planning meeting agendas on instructions
• Producing and responding to emails
