A normal day would include the following:
Adhere to the rules of timekeeping and attendance
Entering sales orders on computer
Using MS Excel and MS Word
Producing Header Cards for orders
Postal duties
Dealing with customers on the telephone
Welcoming visitors
Making refreshments
Keeping the office clean and tidy
Storing and Retrieving Records
Communicating with the warehouse
2 GCSE A-C Maths and English.
