• Keeping computer databases up to date
• Interacting with clients either on the phone or in writing
• Answering phones and transferring calls to the proper department
• Ensuring accurate data input
• Sending and receiving emails
• Preparing documents by printing, copying, and binding
• Writing and editing company correspondence
• Scheduling and co-ordinating bookings
