This new and exciting role at Kooltech has been created for a new apprentice to assist in their friendly office. The role will include processing and handling incoming orders and answering customer enquiries.
A normal day would include the following:
• Processing sales and purchase orders
• Assisting the internal sales co-ordinator to collect payments, issue credits and complete warranty claims
• Actively participating in regular staff meetings
• Maintaining regular customer contact and ensure a speedy response to customer enquiries
• Providing customers with detailed knowledge of products, support services and current market trends
• Supporting store staff in times of absence
• Working closely with the stock controller to ensure that product stock remains within pre-defined minimum and maximum levels
• Assisting in stocktake and preparation
• Preparing delivery schedules whenever necessary and packing/assembling products against customer orders due for dispatch
• Completing goods received and goods dispatched documentation
