This junior position at IT Lab is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow within a fantastic and supportive environment. The successful candidate will be part of a busy purchasing team and will interact daily with both suppliers and internal staff.
A normal day would include:
• Chasing suppliers for delivery dates
• Chasing ‘proof of deliveries’ and updating the in-house procurement system accordingly
• Arranging returns with suppliers
• Updating colleagues with delivery dates and any potential issues
• Liaising with courier companies to arrange collections
• Processing small supply purchase orders
• Placing purchase orders on behalf of one of our departments
• Providing cover and assistance within stock control
• Updating procurement pricing for use by account managers
• Creating renewal opportunities within the IT system
• Setting up projects and tasks for the project management team
• Updating renewal dates for annual sales opportunities

SPL Fire Safety have an amazing opportunity for someone wishing to become a fire safety professional. Initially, the work will entail administrative duties to understand the company CRM system to input data relating to potential and existing clients.
You will support sales, marketing, purchasing, production, and the accounts functions and learn how all these functions combine to support how the business operates.
