Apprentice Paint Finisher

About this opportunity

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with Mark Doran Body shop. They need an apprentice paint finisher to join their team in their busy workshop. The right person will have an opportunity to work towards a level 2 apprenticeship in body and paint.

A normal day would include:
• Using the correct tools and equipment
• Working with plastic and composite materials
• Ensuring you prepare surfaces correctly for painting
• Establishing reasons for paint defects and correcting them where required
• Learning how to apply top coats
• Learning the process of colour matching

Mark Doran Commercial Painter is a family owned and run vehicle body repair centre based in Bury.

What you could go on to do:
You could go on to progress to level 3 after completing the level 2 apprenticeship.

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.

What you should have to apply
