Apprentice Support Worker

About this opportunity

Muskaan are looking for an apprentice to join their busy team. The group has grown considerably and now has 14 ladies who attend the service which runs over 5 days. Muskaan are based at Independence House in Rochdale.

A normal day would include:
• Providing a full and comprehensive day service for a group of ladies, and assist in the assessment of individual needs
• Working alongside the lead support to offer a variety of stimulating needs based training and development support along with safe leisure opportunities and provide full support to the individuals
• Working with individuals and their families to identify their needs and choices for purposeful day activities.
• Offering support to individuals to achieve and maintain involvement in their chosen activity
• Contributing to organisational developments as appropriate

What you could go on to do:
Lead Adult Care Worker Level 3.

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.
