An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Maintenance apprentice to work for a well-established company in the property development industry. This opportunity will be perfect for someone wanting to start a professional career in construction.
A normal day would include:
• Inspecting buildings, equipment and appliances for functionality
• Assembling furniture or equipment
• Landscaping
• Painting and decorating
• Carpentry
• General maintenance duties
The role would involve various duties working alongside a fully qualified team of trades people which would include full renovations of domestic properties. You will be based around the areas of Worsley, Eccles, Boothstown, Swinton, Walkden, Astley.
You would attend college one day per week to complete a Level 2 Property Maintenance Diploma over 2 years.

Level 3 in a specific trade or trainee management apprenticeship
