This is an excellent and exciting opportunity for a customer facing apprentice air conditioning engineering role where first impressions count, the engineers are the business communication lines with our clients and integrity is paramount.
A normal day would include:
• Participating in all air conditioning planned maintenance tasks and reactive tasks as allocated to you by your mentor
• Actively utilising business handheld technology to allow for successful completion of planned and reactive tasks assigned by either the Regional Helpdesk, Mentor or Service Manager in-line with strict client SLA’s
• Liaising daily with your mentor and appointed service manager
• Gaining an understanding of how to methodically complete the site based log books containing statutory and general compliance documentation for the specific sites
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety requirements and always adhere to best working practices
• Building a wider business awareness
• Completing weekly timesheets, notification of any absence and holidays

You will be required to attend College and undertake exams as part of this role and keep the business informed of progress.
What you could go on to do:
On completion of a successful apprenticeship the engineer would then be expected to work under their own initiative carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of equipment at different locations throughout the North West.
