Regatta’s finance team currently have a vacancy for an apprentice performing administrative and supporting duties, moving into full accountancy work over the period of the apprenticeship.
A normal day would include:
• Monitoring of all finance email inboxes, printing invoices and statements and forwarding queries onto relevant team members
• Management of finance office filing systems
• Daily opening of post received and distribution within the team
• Assisting with preparation of invoices due for payment on BACS runs
• Printing, copying and distribution of reports within the department to other teams
• Assisting with purchase ledger and expenses when required
• Assisting with cash receivable when required
• Undertake such tasks and duties as may be reasonably requested by your manager or other members of the management team
