BodyKind are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and self-motivated apprentice to join their customer service team. This company is join a modern, vibrant and expanding online natural health and beauty retailer.
A normal day would include:
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints in a customer focused and sympathetic manner
• Answering the telephone
• Answering emails
• Telephone sales and dealing with the extensive product range
• General administration duties
Body Kind is a quality natural health and beauty store offering high quality vitamins and minerals. The successful applicant will be flexible with good written and verbal communication skills and a passion for customer service. A confident and friendly telephone manner along with the ability to relay relevant information by telephone and email is essential.
