About this opportunity

Great Places are looking for a hardworking graduate to join their policy and service development team. Great Places Housing Group is a modern, forward-looking profit-for-purpose organisation with a vision is to create great homes in great communities

A normal day would include:
• Supporting the undertaking of service reviews as required in collaboration with colleagues within the directorate and the wider business including the business transformation team
• Assisting in the implementation of review recommendations, in collaboration with colleagues from across the wider business
• Communicating/reporting findings and outcomes to a range of audiences as appropriate
• Supporting the gathering, and analysis of data and information, identifying trends and patterns to build a detailed picture of processes, practices, customer experience and business needs
• Supporting the service development team to support working groups in designing and testing new ways of working that improve performance in a sustainable way
• Supporting in review of the effectiveness of existing measures in informing service performance, and develop new measures as appropriate to support continued improvement in service delivery
• Using trends and learning from customer feedback, including complaints and customer satisfaction, to highlight areas for improvement
• Actively contributing to reflection / training/knowledge sharing sessions
• Ensuring a flexible working approach between the core working hours (Monday to Friday 08.00 – 18.00)

How you will be supported:
Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role. The employer will also provide you with a workplace mentor to support your development within the role as well as lots of additional training and development opportunities and enable you to participate in a range of organisational projects to enhance the skills you develop even further.
