About this opportunity

A great opportunity to start a role that will be varied and interesting. The role will involve administration work within the accounts department. Applicants should be well organised and have good attention to detail.

A normal day would include:
• Process Purchase invoices in sterling and currency
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Resolve discrepancies
• Sales invoice queries
• Customer receipts by credit card/bank
• Reconcile Factored Customer receipts
• Issue Customer statements
• Credit control by telephone/email
• Microsoft excel/word
• Sage 50 Cloud
• Filing
• Liaise with other departments
• Other Admin/Adhoc
