Accounts Apprenticeship

About this opportunity

An opportunity has arisen to join a large company in their accounts department. The role will be busy and varied. You will complete an AAT Level 3 qualification as part of your employment.

A normal day would include:

Due to continued success an accounts apprenticeship position has become available for an ambitious candidate. The candidate will be trained in all aspects of accounts, and work will include:
• Purchase and sales ledger
• Bank reconciliations.
Full training will be given to perform accounting tasks.

The candidate will be supported through each level of their AAT qualification. This company has a proven track record with mentoring accounts apprentices.

What you should have to apply

• Minimum 5 GCSEs A-C.
• Must have Maths and English A-C
• Some experience of an AAT role or qualification

Skills

• Good ICT skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• A desire to progress within an accounts/finance department
• Previous accounts knowledge/experience - ideally having completed an AAT level 2 qualification
