We are seeking a Customer Service Apprentice to join our existing Service team. The role is based in our Manchester office. It is essential you have an excellent telephone manner, are highly organised and computer literate.
A normal day would include:
• Answering incoming calls
• Escalations with manufacturers
• Logging faults/queries within our CRM
• Liaising with other service providers i.e. BT Openreach, Gamma
• Liaising with customers to update on progress of faults/request
• Responding to customer emails
• Liaising with internal departments
