MC Facilities Services are looking for a new member of their team. This is a fantastic role within a busy organisation.
A normal day would include:
• To support the monitoring, control and co-ordination of work activities within the Facilities Services division
• To support managers and employees throughout the team
• To assist with the management of resources inclusive of personnel deployments and materials
• To support the financial performance of the division by ensuring costs are controlled and invoices are quickly dealt with
• To provide general administrative support to the Facilities department
• Assist the FM Co-ordinator in the day to day delivery of the Helpdesk function
• To support the coordination and monitoring of both reactive and planned maintenance activities generated
within the FM helpdesk
• Populate the opportunities database
• Produce and issue quotations, work orders and material requisitions
• Handle inward and outward bound calls to the helpdesk – interacting in a polite and efficient manner with our Clients on a daily basis
• Coordinate and participate in the planning and management of facilities repair and maintenance projects and assist with the administration of large projects where required.
• Manage invoicing with the support of the accounts department
• Support the collation of the facilities services monthly report and key performance indicators
• Support the implementation of safety, environmental and quality systems
• Attend necessary meetings and appointments taking minutes when required
• Maintain adequate stock levels of uniform, stationary and other consumables for the division
• General administrative duties

You will support sales, marketing, purchasing, production, and the accounts functions and learn how all these functions combine to support how the business operates.
Accounts Direct need to find the correct candidate to join their fast-moving accountancy practice. The role will be offering support to accountant and account managers with a variety of admin duties.
