An exciting position has arisen as an administration apprentice within Salford Engineering. This role would offer the right candidate experience and learning in a wide range of small business administration activities and office management.
A normal day would include:
• Responsible for inputting of all work information into the management information system.
• Maintaining all information including client and suppliers in the management information system.
• Ensuring personnel information is kept updated.
• Responsible for the purchasing of materials for jobs and liaising with suppliers.
• Providing additional support to the Managing Director.
• Responsible for ensuring Health & Safety records are kept up to date.
• Providing telephone support, answering queries and contacting clients etc.
• Providing written service reports.
• Maintaining the company filing system, ensuring all necessary documentation is filled and/ or displayed correctly and accessible where required.
• Arranging both in-house and external audits.
• Working alongside the Managing Director to ensure all insurances are kept up to date.

SPL Fire Safety have an amazing opportunity for someone wishing to become a fire safety professional. Initially, the work will entail administrative duties to understand the company CRM system to input data relating to potential and existing clients.
You will support sales, marketing, purchasing, production, and the accounts functions and learn how all these functions combine to support how the business operates.
Accounts Direct need to find the correct candidate to join their fast-moving accountancy practice. The role will be offering support to accountant and account managers with a variety of admin duties.
