A normal day would include
• Assisting the Stores Manager
• Develop knowledge and skills about products and services
• Assembly and distribution of kits as per production requirements
• Storing of all goods in designated storage areas
• Checking goods meet the required specification
• Uploading of goods received as and when required
• Preparing delivery parts as and when required
• Booking in on the computerized system
• Wrapping and labeling goods
• Clearing & tidying of work environment
The overall objective of the role is to gain an in-depth knowledge of the parts supplied for customer’s requirements. Learn warehousing and stock control routines in a busy and friendly mechanical equipment warehouse. Working alongside other members of staff to help maintain stock levels, ensure correct locations, ensure levels and computer records correspond with each other and engage in picking, packing and shipping routines. You will learn about the large range of products and take an interest in how they are used as part of their supply to the industry
