This role provides excellent customer service/administration for an online retailer. The apprentice will undertake exciting projects to generate new business, e.g. sourcing new inventory based on product demand, or developing social media marketing.
A normal day would include:
• Responding to email and phone enquiries
• Processing invoices
• Listing new products
• Processing returns
• Processing Amazon shipments
• Undertaking various projects to help the business grow
What you could go on to do
You could obtain a higher salary of £4.50 an hour once your probation has ended. You could also go on to develop and manage your own projects within the business, generating and monitoring sales, and then possibly move onto a level 3 apprenticeship with us.

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.
In the workplace you will have close support in a small, tight-knit working environment. Any problems or issues can be addressed at any time and friendly relationships are quickly built up through the training process which involves shadowing members of staff.
