Williamson & Croft LLP are seeking an Administration Apprentice at their Manchester City Centre Office. The successful candidate will provide administration support and assistance to both our clients and other staff members.
A normal day would include:
• Creating letters and documents for staff members
• Ordering Stationery for the business
• Registering new clients online and on the in-house system
• Being the first point of contact for visitors into the business
• Preparing meeting rooms for clients and visitors
• Inputting confidential client information into the in-house system
• Other admin duties
Working in a young team environment you will enjoy regular nights out, team events and a fun work place. In addition there are a number of bonus schemes available and flexible working hours. The firm will also support the candidate to grow within the firm with the prospect of promotions as they develop their skills and experience.

SPL Fire Safety have an amazing opportunity for someone wishing to become a fire safety professional. Initially, the work will entail administrative duties to understand the company CRM system to input data relating to potential and existing clients.
You will support sales, marketing, purchasing, production, and the accounts functions and learn how all these functions combine to support how the business operates.
