A fantastic opportunity is available with Social adVentures who are looking for a Customer Service Apprentice. As the front of house person you will make everyone feel welcome and assist them in gaining the support they need when using the centre.
A normal day would include:
• Welcoming people into the centre
• Answering phones
• Keeping calendars up to date
• Directing people to the correct rooms
• Answering social media enquiries
• Keeping databases up to date
• Other admin duties
What you could go on to do
This role could develop into being the main information hub and go to person for all of our centres.

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role. You will be supported by staff on the job to ensure you are confident in your role.
