An exciting opportunity to play a key role within the accounts team and provide an important link between accounts and the rest of the business. You will work in a challenging and innovative environment.
A normal day would include:
• All aspects of daily bookkeeping for multiple companies
• Reconcile accounts across multiple companies
• Setting up the process to produce Management Accounts
• Intercompany accounts and Journals
• Preparing Vat returns for the Accounts Manager
• Preparing Month ends
• Preparing Year ends when needed
• Pick up queries and liaise with internal departments to provide solutions
• Provide guidance and support to the Accounts Assistant along with the Accounts Manager
