Autofinity Assist Ltd are looking for a Business Admin Apprentice. You will be required to talk with clients over phone & email, achieve the highest levels of customer service and to maintain positive relationships
A normal day would include:
• Providing considered advice to clients regarding their incident and likely timescales, whilst at all times realistically managing their expectations.
• Liaising with clients, brokers, solicitors, third parties, insures, body shops, engineers and vehicle rental companies to ensure that services provided are satisfactory and timely.
• Updating the system continuously with all facts and information relative to a given claim.
• Ensuring the client and other interested parties are fully updated.
• Handling, recording and resolving any low-level complaints that do not require escalation.
• Ensuring that all required documentation is gathered at the earliest opportunity to prevent delays.
• Action outstanding cases, being proactive at all times, managing and prioritising own workload.
