Learners will gain hands-on experience across different construction trades, helping them identify future career pathways while building confidence, employability skills and industry awareness.

Every learner is individually assessed at the start of their programme and enrolled onto additional courses and support that best meet their needs, interests and career goals. Depending on your starting point, your study programme may also include:
