This course provides an introduction to the skills, knowledge and behaviours required for future study and careers in health, social care and related professions. It is designed to help learners build confidence, employability skills and an understanding of the health and care environment.
This qualification forms part of a personalised learning pathway designed to help you develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed for your next steps.
Every learner is individually assessed at the start of their programme and enrolled onto additional courses and support that best meet their needs, interests and career goals. Depending on your starting point, your study programme may also include:
