The Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Team Leading qualification is made up of the following 8 units:

- Understand business
- Understand how to communicate work-related information
- Understand how to manage performance and conflict in the workplace
- Principles of equality and diversity in the workplace
- Understand how to develop working relationships with colleagues
- Understand health and safety procedures in the workplace
- Understand how to develop and deliver a presentation
On successful completion, learners will achieve a Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Team Leading.
You must have a live internet connection via wifi, any 3G or 4G network and a modern internet browser such as Chrome, Safari or Firefox. If using Internet Explorer, we always recommend using the latest version.
You must have access to desktop PC, laptop or any Android or iOS compatible mobile device.
