This is a fully funded course available to businesses and individuals in Greater Manchester.
The course is designed to offer valuable insight into Management and Leadership and to develop the professional knowledge and skills required in the workplace.
This course is ideal for those who are in full-time employment and unable to be released from the business for a condensed course. This pathway also includes optional weekly drop-in support sessions.
You do not have to be in a Managerial role to complete this course
This training is funded by Greater Manchester Combined Authority as part of its three-year Skills for Growth programme, which has been made possible through the European Social Fund.

To achieve this course you must complete the mandatory unit and three optional units from the below:
Mandatory unit – Management and leadership
Option 1 – Digital Skills
Option 2 – Developing people
Option 3 – Well Workforce
Option 4 – Customer Services
Option 5 – Conflict Management
Option 6 – Mental Health
On successful completion, you will achieve a Level 3 Award in Principles of Management and Leadership.
You will also achieve a broader understanding of some of the elements of People Management and Support.
10 weeks, part-time.
Online attendance is only required 1 day per week.
Sessions can be over two half days or 2 evenings per week!
To apply for a place on this fully-funded course, you must be 16+, employed and live or work in the Greater Manchester area.
The programme is delivered via online workshops, so access to a PC/laptop is required.
