The course supports the development of knowledge, skills, and behaviours which cover core competencies in areas panning the regulatory framework both for the business and industry as well as the impact on customers.

There are key focus’ on developing analysis and strategic skills that support the services delivered, whilst continually developing and adapting in an evolving and exciting industry.

This is a work-based apprenticeship. You will benefit from 1-2-1 support on a regular basis in order to achieve competence as set against the knowledge, skills and behaviours set down in the apprenticeship standard.

On successful completion, you will achieve a Level 6 Professional qualification that is industry specific and relevant to your role and employer.

The apprenticeship standard allows you to apply for the appropriate level of membership with the professional body (subject to the qualification) as well as demonstrate to the industry your competency within the specialist area.

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 5 GCSE's grade 4/C or above including maths and English.
