Skills Bootcamps are flexible courses of up to 16 weeks, giving people the opportunity to build up sector-specific skills and fast-track to a guaranteed interview with a local employer.

This Skills Bootcamp is designed to provide you with an introduction to the Construction industry with the main focus being on bricklaying skills.

The Skills Bootcamp will be delivered at our Greater Manchester SkillCentre which is
a purpose-built, state-of-the-art training facility in Trafford Park.

What are the entry requirements?

There are no formal entry requirements for this course however, you must be eligible for funding to apply, please see the section below - Fully Funded Entry Criteria.

Attendance is required for 4 full days per week.

Fully Funded Entry Criteria

Our Skills Bootcamps are fully funded for anyone aged 19+ who is:

  • Employed either full-time or part-time
  • Unemployed
  • Self-employed
  • A serving prisoner due to be released within 6 months of completion of a Skills Bootcamp and those on temporary release
