Business Admin

Business administration is an important support role within any business organisation and can be a stepping stone to a variety of careers, as well as Higher Education opportunities.

What will you do?

Business administration apprentices perform tasks such as:

  • Producing business documents
  • Preparing for and attending meetings
  • Using a range of IT packages
  • Managing and improving performance
Customer Service

If you are great with people, then customer service could be the career pathway for you. Customer service positions are available in nearly every sector such as retail, financial services, hospitality, sport and recreation.

What can we offer?

  • Knowledge and experience of working in the customer service industry
  • Relevant industry qualifications
  • One-to-one support throughout your traineeship or apprenticeship

What will you do?

A customer service apprentice may be required to:

  • Offer advice
  • Answer questions
  • Handle complaints
  • Ensure that all customers have a positive experience

Human Resources

Human resource management is a vital function to every business in every sector. If you are a great communicator and love working with people, then this could be the career pathway for you.
