Maths Skills

Our Functional Skills qualifications are designed to be completed in just 17 weeks. We offer flexible learning options tailored to your pace and individual needs.
What are Functional Skills?

Functional Skills are practical qualifications designed to help individuals develop the core skills needed for everyday life, work, and further study. These qualifications focus on real-world applications, ensuring learners can confidently tackle tasks like problem-solving, communication, and data interpretation in practical settings.

Functional Skills are important because they provide you with the skills, knowledge and understanding that you will need to progress and succeed. They are also an essential requirement in many job roles within the NHS including higher apprenticeships.
