Apprentice Insurance Broker (Creative Division)
About this opportunity
An expanding forward thinking Insurance Broker requires an Apprentice Account Handler to work with the creative team. Office based with occasional client visits. Must be willing to undertake the relevant Chartered Insurance qualifications.
To efficiently undertake basic customer relationship, administration and clerical duties which may include the following duties as directed:
•Data Input, data extraction, photocopying, faxing, filling and tying duties.
•To deal with internal and external post and E mails on a day to day basis
•To support the team, to maintain accurate, timely and legible records
•To answer / deal with queries via telephone, take messages and pass them on the relevant member of staff in an appropriate and timely manner
•To help process high frequency / low quality insurance claims using in house software platforms
•Collating information for reports
What you should have to apply
Math and English GCSE or equivalent at C or above.
Personal Qualities
•A good communicator and can speak to staff member in a respectful manner
•A flexible and supportive member of the team
•Someone who can maintain strict confidentiality at all times
•Able to attend and take part in team meetings and regular reviews with line manger ect.
•Able to prepare for and attend assessment meetings and participate in relevant training programmes as required
•Able to confirm to company Health and Safety regulations as well as all policies and procedures
