Millgate Healthcare Partnership is an all for people healthcare provider serving the community of Denton. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates that want to learn and enhance their skills and grow within our Millgate healthcare partnership.
A normal day would include:
•Liaising with patients, community members, on reception and via phone or email.
•Receive inbound calls from patients who may or may not have been spoken before.
•Contact patients to book an appointments
•Re-take patients details in order to correct any errors that prevent the order from being completed.
We are looking for long term candidates that will stay once the apprenticeship is completed. Full training will be provided on site and a mentor to help day to day customer service tasks.
