The role is to provide administrative support to the Barbican Group departments, undertaking a variety of tasks, giving a solid foundation and understanding of what makes up the operations of an insurance company.
You will learn about:

• Quality assurance
Duties will include:
• Data entry
• Speaking with customers either face to face or over the phone
• Answering queries
• Carrying out general administrative duties

This role is an ideal entry level role into insurance. Previous members of the BBS team have been able to apply the skills and knowledge that they have gained from working as an Insurance Technician to progress into roles in other areas of Barbican such as Underwriting, Finance, and Claims.
