A normal day would include
• Posting accounts payable invoices
• Reconciliations (bank, suppliers etc)
• Dealing with supplier queries
• Corporate card management including coding, statement reconciliation and document filing
• Processing of cash expenses
• Assisting with the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations (BSR)
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly payment run
• Assist with monthly intercompany submissions
• Assist with accounts receivable transactions
Other administrative duties and responsibilities
• Manage daily office and administrative work
• Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
• Assist with the coordination of meetings, business trips (including visas) and appointments
• Maintain office systems, including data management and filing
• Purchase of office materials, IT hardware, & economizing purchases
• Manage and monitor company stationery requirements
• Company travel support (hotels, flights, meeting rooms)
• Manage company post (DHL/Royal Mail)
