Apprentice 3D Playground Designer (CAD Design)

About this opportunity

Pentagon Play have an exciting opportunity working in a Creative design role for 3D Visualisation and Presentation of unique playground design schemes and plans.

The role is to work as an apprentice designer within our company whilst working towards your Advanced Apprenticeship CAD Draughtsperson.

Your role will be the 3D Visualisation and Presentation of playground plans and schemes using Vectorworks 3D software (CAD) and Adobe suite. You will be fully supported, and the appropriate training will be given to deliver the following:

• The preparation of plans, from, hand drawn copy to stunning 2D and 3D visual presentations including animations
• Ensuring designs conform to the required safety standards (BS EN 1176/1177)
• To work confidently within the Design team and to liaise with our Operations and Sales departments to ensure projects are completed on time
• Occasionally answering incoming phone calls and working with our suppliers.
• To prepare project files to be uploaded to our CRM system, and complete associated digital and paper-based administrative work

What you should have to apply

Preferably candidate would have secured exam grades in GCSE A-C/9-4, including English, Maths and a Engineering or Art/Design qualification.

A full clean driving licence would be an advantage for this role.
