Engineering Apprentice

A normal day would include:

Starting at 8am and finishing at 4pm working closely with our engineers to repair and maintain equipment from packaging machines through to plant equipment. Carry out planned maintenance and add the detail to the CMMS for record keeping.
Day to Day Activities: -

• Workshop Electrical/Mechanical Training
• Use of Electrical Hand Tools
• Wiring Electrical Panels
• Workshop Health and Safety
• Working within a team
• Rotation within other departments
• Learning and training along-side peers
• Supporting other departments within the business
• Attending college for qualifications

What you could go on to do
• Become an Engineer on a permanent contract with the Company
• Receive salary progression linked to qualifications and apprenticeship progression

• 5 GCSE grades A-C/9-4 (or equivalent) including Maths & English
