About this opportunity

A varied role within a growing property management business. The role will involve all aspects of office administration as well as customer service tasks.

Facilitating office organisation and communication by performing a wide variety of office and administrative duties. A normal day would include:
• Providing office support including assisting customers and employees
• Helping to keep well-organised files and records of business activity
• Processing company data and keeping computer databases up to date
• Interacting with customers either on the phone, by email, social media or in person
• Answering phones and connecting calls to the appropriate person
• Taking phone messages and passing them on
• Following up on business communications, billing, and ordering
• Communicating with materials suppliers and vendors
• Learning about the company's mission and available products/services
• Educating yourself and clients about what products/services are available
• Building relationships with customers and colleagues
• Sending emails
• Preparing documents by printing, copying, and binding
• Collecting and sorting post
• Monitoring warehouse stock levels, supporting with the ordering of office stationery and other supplies
• Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required
