About this opportunity
A fantastic opportunity is available at BCD Logistics who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator. The job will be varied and involve learning and gaining knowledge of all roles within the Transport Logistics Industry.
A normal day would include:
• Customer Job input into our computer system (TOPS)
• Answering the phone
• Dealing with cistomers
• Scanning Drivers paperwork to Customers
• Photocopying
• Filing weekly Drivers timesheets and proof of deliveries
• Daily rail checks
