About this opportunity

An exciting new opportunity to work in a busy Sales Office with a friendly team. Covering all aspects of the Customer Service sales role. No direct selling is done over the telephone.

A normal day would include:

• Printing out online/emailed orders
• Taking Customer orders and payments over the telephone.
• Advising Customer on our products when they have queries.
• Dealing with emails relating to product sales
• Marketing our products via social media
• Mail shots
• Any other general administration

What you could go on to do
As you gain more experience and knowledge of our products you will be able to use this to develop your role within the Sales office. Possibly specialising in certain types of products we sell or assisting with bookings for our service engineers and giving Customers more specialised advice.

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.
