This role will involve the following responsibilities:
Meeting and Greeting
• Meeting and greeting clients and other guests / Manage the visitor’s book
• Preparing meeting rooms
Office Housekeeping
• Monitor literature distributed on coffee tables/displays around the office to ensure that it is appropriate and/or up-to-date and at correct levels
• Assisting with events (such as team lunches and get togethers) and client events
Filing
• Maintaining office filing (Virtual systems)
• Scanning post, making appropriate notes on internal systems and creating tasks within workflow system
Client servicing
• Sending appointment reminders to clients
• Assisting with generating and preparing client meeting packs
• Sending birthday and thank you cards
Other
• You will be expected to complete ad-hoc duties not covered here to ensure the smooth running of the business and client servicing responsibilities for the team

As an experienced Client Service Administrator, the starting salary is £17,500.
