A fantastic opportunity is available at Healthwork Occupational Health in Stoke on Trent. The role will be to provide a high standard of customer care to the customers allocated in their team.
A normal day would include:
• Answering customer telephone and email queries
• Booking appointments
• Preparation of clinics
• Scanning of paperwork
• Checking and distribution of reports
• Liaising with clinical staff
• Dealing with customer face-to-face
• Preparing management information
• GP/Specialist report chasing
• Being part of customer contract meetings
• Assist team leader to providing effective and efficient contract management for all Healthwork internal and external customers
• Assist team leader to provide first point contact and ensure the smooth running of the Healthwork office
• Provide effective customer relationships at Healthwork

It is expected that following a successful apprenticeship, a full-time position will be made available based on company finances at the time.
