Dean Group International are looking for a Purchase Ledger Apprentice to help within the accounts department. This is an exciting role for anyone wishing to start their career in accountancy.
A normal day would include:
• Entering purchase invoices on our ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning system including an integrated accounts module). The system is called EFACS.
• Scanning and attaching documents into EFACS to enable a paperless office and quick access.
• Reconciling creditor accounts to the supplier statements.
• Identifying queries within the purchase ledger accounts and resolving them.
• Maintaining up to date creditor information on to EFACS.
• Learn how sales ledger process works
• Provide cover for team members on annual leave
• Any ad-hoc tasks that arise

• English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C or above (or equivalent)
• A Levels or equivalent (desirable)
