Smiths Blinds are recruiting an Office Administrator Apprentice to join their busy team on the out skirts of Manchester. The successful candidate will have a polite friendly personality and be a confident communicator.
A normal day would include:
Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
• Providing administrative support to the Sales Team
• Managing and responding to incoming emails
• Adding enquiries to our CRM database
• Handling a high volume of incoming email and telephone enquiries
• Booking both showroom and home appointments
• Sending product information to clients (brochures)
• Assisting the Production Department in booking surveys
• Ensuring sales material such as brochures are fully replenished
• Showing customers products in the showroom
