About this opportunity

A wonderful opportunity is available at Sudlows Ltd. The Finance Apprentice will be a key member of the Finance department, working closely with all staff and providing support to the accounts team.

A normal day would include:

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• To efficiently undertake basic administration and clerical duties
• Data input, data extraction, photocopying, faxing, filing and typing
• To deal with internal and external post and emails on a day to day basis
• To support the team to maintain accurate, timely and legible records
• Purchase ledger
• Sales ledger
• Account maintenance
• Setting up new suppliers and clients
• To answer/deal with queries, both face to face and via the telephone, take messages and pass them on to the relevant member of staff
• Offering administration support to the Financial Controller where required
